Today was a day I felt I hit my first wall.
The monotony of Water, Salad, no major flavor combinations, was pulling on my heart and mind and making me crave the ‘old life’ I had 7 days ago when I sunk my teeth into a nice foot long chili cheese dog!
But, I’ll over come.

Today I went into the clinic to begin my Lapex 2000 Laser treatments. When you combine the laser treatments to the Ideal Protein diet, I think some pretty cool things are gonna happen! It’s kind of an experiment, and so I look forward to being a test Guinea Pig for it. All in all, the diet’s going “swimmingly” and I forsee good things ahead with this, as long as I can stay honest and not cheat.
Plus, I got a trip planned to Orange County next week, that will certainly test my meddle as I’ll not have the comforts of home with me to help me with the kitchen convenience.
