So, here is day 21 update with the diet.
I’ve love 14 pounds now and several inches off my waist.
I’m admiting I cheat, but my cheating is just trying an item, like instead of eating 1 large french fry order, what I’ll do is eat 1 single french fry.
Things like that wont kill me, and I still average 4-5 pounds a week!
The ideal protein diet plan is very good and I am not sick of it still.
When I go to the clinic we’ll do an official weigh in and also inch loss measurement.
