Unique Blog Designs Squeeze Theme

My good friends over at Unique Blog Designs, have released a new premium theme which focuses on list building with wordpress.

It’s called the Squeeze Theme. Squeeze is a reference to “squeezing out” someone’s name and email address to build you own marketing database.

This theme would work great for niche affiliate sites where you sell 1, a few, 100’s or 1000’s of products and want to try to capture leads.

It’s a VERY innovative and clean theme, which ties into main stream autoresponder accounts like AWEBER and Get Response too.

1. Allows users to make comments on anything they see on the web, whether it’s your websites or someone elses in a sidebar comment tool that Google controls.
2. Allows Google to spider these comments in the Sidewiki and show them as SERP’s, that link to THIER links, not yours in the search results pages. (see examples below)
3. Allows anyone to spam the heck outa the sidewiki until someone notices it and then reports abuse.
4. Allows people to knock your brand or products without you controlling the content.
5. Allows people to steer people off your site to THEIR site, by using sly comments to entice readers to go elsewhere to get a similar product or "better" product.

Mark Carey came up with a simple solution using Firefox and greasemonkey that will change the way you use and interact with Google.

His Add-on allows for 5 of the most recent results to show up at the top of the search area.

Called "Realtime Twitter Search Results on Google," the service is actually a Greasemonkey script. Don’t be intimidated: Carey explains on his blog how anyone running Firefox can add the script to their browser with less than 5 clicks of the mouse. How to Make Twitter Search Results Show up in Google Search

If Google is know as the "Best" search engine user experience, one they are are lacking in is how fast they can spider new content as it happens. I’ve seen Google come to this blog and others I have and spider content in 15 minutes or less, but WE WANT FASTER right?

What makes Twitter even better is that it is truely a real time human searcn engine, usergenerated and able to post answer to searches people are doing and things they are using NOW.

I wanted to see how I could integrate the twitter search feed into my google searches and I found a nice little way to do it so I can now get real time twitter feeds on what my topic of choice is.
