Google Mayday Update – Algorhythym changes – Longtail effects

Recently, during the end of April and beginning of May, 2010, Google decided to update their search results and end user experiences, trying to produce a better result for people who search online, which makes them happy of course and maybe click on more ads for Google.

Some people are reporting over the last few weeks, a dramatic loss of traffic, some 80-90% less traffic. While others are reporting no differences from before.

The reason they say people shoveling this stuff are losers is because people doing that make it look so easy, but then, when people try it, they fail.

Unique Blog Designs Squeeze Theme

My good friends over at Unique Blog Designs, have released a new premium theme which focuses on list building with wordpress.

It’s called the Squeeze Theme. Squeeze is a reference to “squeezing out” someone’s name and email address to build you own marketing database.

This theme would work great for niche affiliate sites where you sell 1, a few, 100′s or 1000′s of products and want to try to capture leads.

It’s a VERY innovative and clean theme, which ties into main stream autoresponder accounts like AWEBER and Get Response too.
