Unique Blog Designs Squeeze Theme

My good friends over at Unique Blog Designs, have released a new premium theme which focuses on list building with wordpress.

It’s called the Squeeze Theme. Squeeze is a reference to “squeezing out” someone’s name and email address to build you own marketing database.

This theme would work great for niche affiliate sites where you sell 1, a few, 100’s or 1000’s of products and want to try to capture leads.

It’s a VERY innovative and clean theme, which ties into main stream autoresponder accounts like AWEBER and Get Response too.

My wife showed me this. I did not know this… but I guess there is a lot of talk out there on if vaccines like a flu shot are good or bad for you.

Don’t quote me, but there is also talk out there that says… more people die each year from the regular FLU than people who get the H1N1 version of the FLU, but all people talk about is the “H1N1″ version. Am I clueless?

Are these just urban legends and propaganda made up by weirdos? Or is there really a need for these types of vaccinations?

To be honest, I’ve never gotten a flu shot… ever…. and I guess I turned out ok, I might get sick 2 times a year with some junk, but I think that’s part of being human and living on this planet with other people and diseases always close by.

I bought courses and ebooks, went to seminars, read blogs, reports, listened to audio CDs and DVDs and was working 18-20 hours a day infront of my computer, instead of spending time with my family and doing other fun things, which don’t involve sitting at a desk and staring at two computer screens all day long. In 2004, I was introduced to the concept of outsourcing and marketing with virtual marketing teams for the first time when I had a conversation with Armand Morin. Since 2005, I started using virtual marketing teams to build and manage my business and don’t think people need more knowledge about what outsourcing is or what it can do for them. They get it, they know. But what I found people need is the more day to day checks and balances and ideas for project management and virtual team management so they can take care of the chaos without sacrificing going crazy in the process trying to manage every themselves or do everything themselves.
