There is a lot of “haters” out there pontificating that everyone who pitches “how to sell tools to local business startup wannabes” are losers.

The reason they say people shoveling this stuff are losers is because people doing that make it look so easy, but then, when people try it, they fail.

Hmmm.. That seems to simply mimic REAL LIFE – most people fail at everything. Does not matter if it’s MLM, Internet marketing, social media, local biz marketing, etc… The common denominator is not the niche or method of the niche, it’s the PERSON behind the niche.

For example – there are two people in MLM – the one that does and the one that doesn’t. Which one is more successful? The one that does.

There are two people in local main street marketing businesses, the one that does and the one that doesn’t.

Phil Longenecker, Founder of Cutting Edge Media Dies

If you are in the MLM industry and you ever bought "LEADS" it was probably due to Phil Longenecker, who founded Cutting Edge Media, which became and still is a major supplier of MLM Advertising to create leads to sell Business Opportunities to.

Phil pioneered an industry of lead generation that helped many mlm reps become millionaires.

I remember my first attempt in MLM back in 2003 and my mentor told me to "Buy leads" and use a script. I had no ideas what a "lead" was or that a person could buy them. And when I found out you could.. wow, I was on fire… smiling and dialing and making big bucks.

I have Phil Longenecker to be thankful for that income because he trail blazed a solution and delivery system that made millions and millionaires quickly.

It seems Phil dies due to a car accident in July, did not get the date.

Resorts 360 presentation about Resorts360 Travel and Vacation Club

Since I retired from Coastal Vacations Club and Global Resorts Network, I have been pleasantly surprised by all the great comments and new friends I have found that are joining me in my next venture into the travel club niche with a new company called Resorts 360.

I love travel clubs for 2 reasons:

• They let me save a ton of money on week long condo stays which are way better than staying in hotels (staring at $299 for 7 nights!)
• They let me get paid to have my friends and family join our travel club and offer a simple way for people to earn money from home (up to $200 per sale with tons of bonuses)

Travel is really a "YES" to most of the population. When you ask them, if you had all the money you’d ever need, what would you do with it… people always say.. TRAVEL THE WORLD!
