I just got back from speaking in Auckland, New Zealand and I wanted to let you know, this fall, I have been signed up by Success Resources, one of the largest speaking organizations in all of Asia to speak on their stages helping entrepreneurs with my outsourcing trainings and showing people how to make money online.
It’s estimated that I’ll speak in front of about 10,000 or more people from October – December.
This tour is gonna be a challenge, as I will be busy every single weekend the entire fall. Talk about a world wind tour… I’ll be jumping on a plane every single week, and then come home for a quick 4-5 days and then be back at it again.
The plane trips will be brutal, because most of the events are in Europe and all over Asia plus Australia too!

Today was a day I felt I hit my first wall.
The monotony of Water, Salad, no major flavor combinations, was pulling on my heart and mind and making me crave the ‘old life’ I had 7 days ago when I sunk my teeth into a nice foot long chili cheese dog!
But, I’ll over come.

Today I went into the clinic to begin my Lapex 2000 Laser treatments. When you combine the laser treatments to the Ideal Protein diet, I think some pretty cool things are gonna happen! It’s kind of an experiment, and so I look forward to being a test Guinea Pig for it. All in all, the diet’s going “swimmingly” and I forsee good things ahead with this, as long as I can stay honest and not cheat.
Plus, I got a trip planned to Orange County next week, that will certainly test my meddle as I’ll not have the comforts of home with me to help me with the kitchen convenience.
Ok, today I thought was the first day of the diet, but I got off the hook! A 1 day reprieve, and boy… did I indulge because I did not have to start today, watch the very end of the video where I show you what I decided to eat today, before the diet plan officially starts on July 9.
Yes, It’s true.
After 20 years of neglect to my mind, soul and body – I have decided to get into major mindshift and do a major lifeshift by changing the way I eat, sleep, act, exercise and so much more. This a major life overhaul, and I am documenting the entire thing over the next 90-120 days.
With any persistence, you’ll see me lose 40-50 pounds in less than 3 months.
“Wow, Jeff” You might say… that’s a lot of weight in a very short period of time.
And I’d say… “you’re right, but I have a magic plan, which works for everyone, everytime!”
So, the real challenge is not just the daily diet for 90 days or so, but videoblogging the entire thing, everyday!

Ok, real quick.
If you have information overload there is a real simple solution which you need to try and it works like magic!
When I talk to people who email me cause they get so much email, offers, products, webinar invites, etc… they tell me they are totally overwhelmed, overloaded and over emailed and cannot accomplish anything.
I used to be in this predicament myself until recently.
The solution is to kill all your free memberships and get off as many marketers email lists as possible.
USE THE UNSUBSCRIBE BUTTON AND LEAVE ALL LISTS!
Even if that means getting off my lists, cause my list causes you confusion, I’ll say – Get off my list too!
See, when you remove all the gluttony of information coming at you daily, you can focus better on your tasks, rather than being an email addict and everytime your outlook email dings to tell you that a new email arrives, you can now ignore those dings and keep focused.

As you may know, partnering with a virtual assistant may not be for everyone. Here are some things to consider before opting in for outsourcing as well as some great benefits for hiring a virtual assistant.
* Getting personal: If you’re squeamish about handing over personal information like user IDs and passwords, you may want to think twice about using a VA, or at least limit any personal tasks you hand out. But when you use Filipinos, I’ve found you can trust them with ALL your personal data and they protect it with their life. One of my friends has his team buying stuff for him with his credit card, all the time. Remember, Virtual Assistants want JOBS
