We all know the human body must have clean blood circulating
constantly inside of us to sustain us.

It’s known as our "life stream."

If you could compare the human body to a business entity,
what would be the "blood" in the business entity?

Well, in my opinion, it would be "Sales Leads."

In 2003, I first heard the term "leads" and I had no clue
how leads would help me grow my business.

Then I met Gil Ortega and he got me straightened out.

As a matter of fact, Gil has gotten hundreds of thousands of
people straightened out as he supplies some of the biggest
companies in the world with "sales leads".

Many people buy these leads for top dollar, paying $12-$75 per
lead and some… even HIGHER!

Gil is gonna peel pack the curtain of the lead business and
lead generation for us tonight on the "successful marketing show"
and teach you how to generate your own leads.

Isn’t that what you really want? Cut out the PPC or CPA Middlemen
and just get as many leads into your funnel as possible?

Look what Gil did to create a $30 Million a year company:

"My first lead campaign lasted 18 months and funded
my company: Legal Services Leads. I found a few
customers who needed 4k-5k of these leads every week.
They could pay $6-$8 per lead, or $100k-$150k
every month.

I found several web site ad networks willing to
produce the lead at $4-$5 per lead.
So I started making $10k-$15k per week. My first year
I did $1.3 million."

"My first Biz O*pp lead campaign… I wholesaled
these lead to another lead company for $3 each. I
found several web site ad networks willing to produce
the lead at $2.25-$2.50. My customer signed a contract
with me to buy 20k leads per month. Their demand
ended up requiring closer to 40k leads per month.
I made .50-.75 cents per lead or around $28k per
month on this campaign."

"My second diet lead campaign turned into a very
large campaign … And due to contractual agreement
I can’t disclose profit margins on this campaign.
Although, I can tell you I generated more than 250k
leads per month that retailed for around $4.50 per
lead. That’s more than a $1 million per month with
just one campaign."

You need to hear this call if you need leads for your
business.

Tune in at 9:00 pm EST Tonight.

Recently, my friend Rob Toth asked me to make some predictions about the future of information marketing.

Now, I am no fortune teller and I don’t read the horoscopes or look into crystal balls.

I don’t look into the stars to find any symbols and I don’t shake the magic "8" ball to see what I am supposed to do next.

Sometimes, I lick my thumb and stick it out there to see which direction the wind is blowing, but that only helps my golf game…(actually, it doesn’t cause I stink at golf).

Here is how I predict the future and how I do what I do…

I watch the trends.

I see what is trending up and what is trending down.

Then I position myself in the uptrends and cut my losses on the downtrends. Simple stuff huh?

My partner in education for the CanadaMarketingSummit.com is Rob Toth (from Vancouver, Canada)… and he just closed off a hot series.

And I was part of it…

I recently did a short 3-question interview and gave away my future trends predictions for information marketing and my #1 success tips. I also talked about the biggest costly mistakes to avoid.

Listen for free here:
Future of Information Products

This is a very short audio… it’s part of a series that also includes 74 top information marketers.

It’s a "who’s who" celebrity lineup!

Just *SOME* of the experts in this series include:

Russell Brunson, Tony Blake, Ian Del Carmen, Dr. Mike Woo-Ming, Tim Knox, Suzanne Falter-Barnes, Jack Humphrey, Alvin Phang, Mike Filsaime, Gary Ambrose, Mike Morgan, Lisa Preston, Jeremy Gislason, Mike Dillard, Shawn Collins, Mark Vurnum, Mark Anastasi, Gina Gaudio-Graves, Michel and Sylvie Fortin, Glenn Dietzel, Ross Goldberg, John Hostler, Edmund Loh, Josh Anderson, Harris Fellman, Jason Dinner, Jonathan Mizel, Ewen Chia, Marc Harty, Rosalind Gardner, Paul Colligan, Ray Edwards, Eric Louviere, Tiffany Dow,Carrie Wilkerson, Reed Floren, Mike Mograbi, Alex Goad, Alice Seba, Dylan Loh, Stephanie and Greg Mulac, Kevin Riley, Willie Crawford… (and me!)

Note: many of these speakers are also speaking at the Canada Marketing Summit as well!

Instead of a standard 45-90 minute teleseminar …

most of these interviews are less than 15 minutes each.

Go register for fr*ee access to my own interview and everyone else’s right now.

This free access is ONLY up and available until Feb 13th.

Future of Information Products

After Feb 13th, this is being closed and then packaged and sold as a $197 product. Don’t pay $197 later, register for free access to it all right now instead.

You’ll also be given a private link to the Resale Rights for this course (salescopy, graphics, full product, setup instructions and more) once it’s completed. Again, that too is yours free if you register before Feb 13th.

Here’s the link:

Future of Information Products

Thanks for taking a look, more coming later.. I predict…

I predict you’ll get some more emails from me soon too!

What is one of the biggest fears people have in life?

- Public Speaking!

What is the second biggest fear in life?

- Dying!

So, it’s kinda funny, when I am up speaking, there are more people in the audience afraid to get up and do what I am doing and who would RATHER BE DEAD, than speak on a stage!

But anyways, public speaking is part of my business model, is it part of yours?

Let me tell you some insights to the public speaking world as a popular internet marketer. (I’ll probably be revealing some major insider secrets here too, but I don’t care, learn and apply!).

As part of my public speaking gigs, I have received just a ton of benefits, which I would have never gotten if I just sat behind my computer and did my internet marketing thing.

Here are some of the benefits I received as a public speaker and also an event promoter:

I get to be on stage with people who are great motivators, great marketers, and fantastic communicators and am considered an instant equal with them (this is a cool benefit… it’s like never writing a book, and then all the sudden you get to call yourself an “author” when you finally publish and be in that “group”). Speaking on the big stage with other big names, just raises your credibility and also your “legend”.

I get to create product! That’s right, as a event promoter, I get to take the contents of my event, and record it and then turn it into a DVD or CD audio product for people to enjoy as much as they want… over and over. The content is MINE, although the presentations are still the speaker contents and they always own it, I own the rights to distributing it, since that is how I formulate my contracts when I host an event.

Being a public speaker means I really need to know my stuff as well. I am not gonna come to an event and just tickle people’s ears with jokes and fluffy content, I always come to deliver solid tips which when implemented, will allow people to save money, make money and get financial freedom. So, I always come and drop as much of my best stuff as possible. Even if no one buys from me or I don’t sell any product, I know people walk away with the best of the best.

As an event organizer, I can make as much money in one 72 hour weekend, as I would in one 365 day year. Yep, that’s right… in One 3 day period I can turn my annual income into a 3 day income. The money is a combination of revenue generated from ticket sales to events, speaker splits on their sales, as well as the “big back end”, of continuing education opportunites and the sale of DVDs and CDs. This is one of the great benefits, but… the hardest part… and it REALLY is SUPER DUPER hard… is getting those “cheeks in seats” so you have people there to enjoy all the benefits of the best material that will definitely change lives.

A big benefit to me about public speaking is..getting in front of real people instead of the virtual people. As an internet marketer, I am rather reclusive. I can be “social” doing twitter, facebook, and blogging… I can talk on the phone with people… but nothing compares to “pressing the flesh”, getting a handshake, hug or high five with people you meet online and inspire online or who inspire you. It’s very cool. If you are someone who hunkers down at your computer all day long and you never get out in the Sunshine, or to a live event… YOU ARE MISSING OUT on what is one of the biggest benefits of being human… company with other humans!!

Another benefit I get at an event promoter is… FREE PRODUCT! – Yep, that’s right… As a promoter, I require all my speakers to give me FREE ACCESS to the same continuing educational products and coaching systems they offer my students! Now, I can tell you… this alone has saved me $50,000 a year in having to always buy continuation products they are offering from the stage. I used to spend $35,000 a year, going to seminars, traveling and all that for increasing my marketing knowledge, but now I get it for free! I have a HUGE library of some of the BEST content, from the BEST speakers in the world that I can access anytime I need it.

This is one of my favorite benefits as being both a speaker and a promoter of events – I get the Presidential Suite! Yep, every event I host, I always require in my contract, that if I fulfill my obligations by putting people in hotel rooms (this kills most promoters if they don’t do it right) then I get to stay in the Presidential Suite for free. Most of the time that works, but in other cases, what happens, is… I’ll get to stay in the Presidential Suite at the price my attendees pay for their single rooms, which is nice too. $99 a night for a giant top floor view is still a deal to me!

This next benefit I enjoy as a speaker and promoter is – ACCESS. I get access to people and see what’s happening with some of the top “stars of marketing” behind the scenes and curtain. It’s fun to be in that group and see how they roll and how they think and what they are like in the flesh than from their internet personas. And another benefit to Access is HOTEL ACCESS. By that I mean this… I am doing a small exclusive $1997 a seat Outsourcing and Leveraging Workshop, Feb 6-8, 2009 in Minneapolis. It’s my outsource workshop (and if I got my #’s right, there are some mighty big discounts still available to some smart people who want to pay $197 instead of $1997 to get access to the best information regarding Outsourcing and Leveraging Your Life and Business.. sorry for the plug!) Now, this event is at one of the biggest water park hotels in the Midwest, right across the street from the Mall of America. I negotiated in my contract that my family and my project manager’s family get FREE ALL DAY ACCESS to play in the water park, which normally would cost $40 a day! So, I get to involve and take my family with me and they get to enjoy the business perks and I get to play with them and unwind after a long day of speaking and just let loose on the slides and in their pool when I am done speaking!

Well, I hope you enjoyed some of those benefits, there are a lot more, but you get the idea.

I also wanted to show you this disclosure too. It’s kinda weird but cool at the same time. It just will show you how much public speakers are actually making and why it’s one of the BEST RECESSION BEATERS AROUND!

As you may know, President Obama has a policy that says income disclosure is part of being on his staff. So, everyone on his high levels of leadership, had to PUBLICALLY disclose how they made from their incomes and from what areas in business they made that income. Talk about “transparancy in government” huh?

So, I found this online about former President Clinton, and Secretary of State Clinton.

They make MILLIONS as fee paid speakers.

I’ll show you below, what they actually make, it will blow your mind!

But first, let me tell you that there are two kinds of speakers when it comes to speaking gigs.

Fee Paid – You get paid an honorarium or set fee for your time, but cannot offer any products.

You are there to inspire, motivate, captivate and just give with no selling. Usually these speakers get their hotels paid for, their airlines paid for and all the royal treatment as a VIP.

Some of these fee paid speakers can make $1 million or even MORE for a 30-90 minute speech and appearance! But that is only the huge gigantic celebrities and as you’ll see… past presidents. But on average, most Fee Paid speakers get $250 to $10,000 to speak somewhere.

Free Speaker – You get no fee to speak.

You pay your own way to an event. You pay for your hotel room and taxi’s to the airports. You buy your own meals at the events. Seems like a downer eh? But check this out. I only do Free Speaking gigs, if I can also talk about my products and offer people my continuing educational products.

Here is something you need to know… This can be HUGE for you as a speaker if you get in front of a huge audience.

For example, and I am not disclosing any secrets here that Armand Morin has not already told people publicly, but at a recent event Armand spoke at in the UK, he got to present in front of an audience of 4000 people. This is rare, but it’s also HUGE if and when you get to be in front of that many people.

Armand was allowed to offer some of his internet marketing software programs to the audience once he was done speaking. He did over $400,000 in sales in 90 minutes after his talk was done.

And… most of the other speakers did similar or somewhat worse (but I would be complaining) sales. Now can you just sit there and soak that up for a second?

$400,000 in 90 minutes = $4444 a minute in salary.

And most Americans make $28k-$44k a year average salary for putting in about 50 weeks of labor averaging 45 hours a week…. so that means… 50 weeks x 45 work hours/week = 2250 hours a year working a job for someone else (making them or the ‘boss” rich). Which really means you are making from $12.50 per hour up to $30 and hour for your time.

How would you like to learn how to make $4444 in a MINUTE? Ya… I am feeling that for sure.

So, I love being a free (paid) public speaker cause I often can make 10-20 times more than the FEE PAID dude, who got the “royal treatment!”

Here is another insider tip you might want to know.. Armand does not get to keep that $400,000, he only gets HALF. So, he walks away with $200,000 cash profit in his pocket.

But, check out what the event promoter makes…. He does NO speaking, works with a team behind the scenes yet gets to earn 50% from every speakers talk… 12 speakers over 3 days, who average $100,000 to $400,000 in sales per talk = A LOT OF FUN MONEY.

Now you know why I am also an event promoter too!

So, here are those #’s on the Clinton’s for what they made last year which I promised you earlier…

Former President Bill Clinton earned nearly $6 million in speaking fees last year, almost all of it from foreign companies, according to financial documents filed by his wife, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.

The documents obtained Tuesday by The Associated Press show that $4.6 million of the former president’s reported $5.7 million in 2008 honoraria came from foreign sources, including Kuwait’s national bank, other firms and groups in Canada, Germany, India, Malaysia, Mexico and Portugal and a Hong Kong-based company that spent $100,000 on federal lobbying last year.

Executives at many of the firms that paid honoraria to Bill Clinton have also donated large amounts of money to the Clinton Foundation, according to documents it released last year as part of an agreement with Congress on Hillary Clinton’s nomination as secretary of state. That agreement was aimed at preventing the appearance of any conflict of interest between the ex-president’s charitable organization and his wife’s new job as the United States’ top diplomat.

Hillary Clinton made between $50,000 and $100,000 in royalties from her 2003 memoir “Living History.” Bill Clinton earned between $100,000 and $1 million in royalties for his 2004 autobiography “My Life,” the documents show.

All senior officials in the Obama administration are required to complete a detailed disclosure of their personal finances, including spouse and children, which is updated yearly.

The most Bill Clinton got from a foreign source was $1.25 million for appearing at five events sponsored by the Toronto-based Power Within Inc., a company that puts on motivational and training programs around North America, according to Hillary Clinton’s submission.

For one Power Within speech alone, delivered in Edmonton in June 2008, Clinton was paid $525,000, the most for any single event that year.

For one event, he got $200,000 and for three others he received $175,000 each, the documents show.

The Hong Kong firm, Hybrid Kinetic Automotive Holdings, paid Clinton a $300,000 honorarium on Dec. 4, 2008.

The other foreign honoraria Bill Clinton received in 2008 are:

— $450,000 from AWD Holding AG, a German-based international financial services company.

— $350,000 from the state-owned National Bank of Kuwait. The Kuwaiti government donated between $1 million and $5 million to the Clinton Foundation, according to the foundation’s disclosure.

— $300,000 from Value Grupo Financiero SA de CV, a Mexico-based financial holding company, whose chief executive officer, Carlos Bremer Gutierrez, is one of the Clinton Foundation’s leading donors. Gutierrez donated between $250,001 to $500,000 to the foundation, according to foundation’s documents.

— $250,000 from Germany’s Media Control Gmbh, which bills itself as the world’s leading provider of entertainment data and was founded by Karlheinz Koegel, who contributed $100,001 to $250,000 to the Clinton foundation.

— $200,000 from Malaysia’s Petra Equities Management on behalf of the Sekhar Foundation run by Malaysian multimillionaire Vinod Sekhar who donated between $25,001 and $50,000 to the Clinton Foundation, according to its documents.

In addition to the foreign earnings, Bill Clinton made just over $1 million from domestic speaking engagements, including $250,000 from MSG Entertainment, $225,000 from the National Association of Home Care and Hospice, $200,000 from the United Nations Association, $175,000 from the ING North America Insurance Corp., $125,000 from the Rodman and Renshaw Capital Group and $100,000 from the Hollywood Radio and Television Society.

So, what are the lesson learned from this full disclosure aricle?

In times of recession, you can sit there and take it up the wazzoo, or you can get out there and use your power and influence as a public speaker and make some extra income to make it through the hard times.

Everyone needs motivation.

Everyone needs help with learning new skills and putting those new skills to action.

It’s why I do events.

Every time I do them, I get gobs and gobs of testimonials from people who just love how those events changed their lives.

In case you did not know… I have a new event I am super pumped about called the Canada Marketing Summit. It’s taking place in Vancouver, BC Canada and can hold only a few more people (seats are selling fast!). I’d love it if you would come out and meet me and my experct faculty that I am bringing with some brand new, never before shared secrets about marketing online and offline.

Don’t sit here and be jelous of what we do, get in the game, get your learn on, and come to our summit, I guarantee it will change your life!

If you’d like to invite Jeff Mills to your next event to speak, please see his link for how to get in touch with him.

Vancouver, BC, Canada — (January 17, 2009) — On March 26-29, 2009, hundreds of people, including Top Marketing Gurus, Million Dollar Money Earners and Coaches, Marketing Companies and Expo Vendors will come together for the ultimate 4 day marketing mastermind session in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The event will feature 16 premier speakers in joining Jeff Mills, personal business coach and internet marketing trainer, and Rob Toth, internet marketing strategist, the hosts of the Canada Marketing Summit – in reaching out and sharing their top marketing secrets.

Toth, from Vancouver, BC, said, “Nothing of this magnitude has ever happened in one location in the entire country of Canada in the marketing circles before. For some reason, educators keep ignoring the good people in Canada and skip the country altogether and never travel here to share the best secrets of the millionaire money makers and marketers – until now.”

In addition to marketing savvy speakers, Mills adds, “We are inviting value-added exhibitors of like-minded promotional marketing and internet marketing services and products of select companies – to enhance the experience further for our attendees throughout the amazing marketing summit.” Each day will consist of 4 speakers per day with 2 speakers every morning and 2 speakers every afternoon.

Mills and Toth anticipate sponsors and exhibitors to sign on quickly for the Canada Marketing Summit – since this is the first time in Canada where small business owners and entrepreneurs from all over North America will have the opportunity to invest 4 days studying ways to super-charge their businesses with advanced marketing tools.

I’ve been enthralled and wowed by this new video making tool, www.animoto.com and been up late at night playing with it’s wonderful functions.

Animoto mixes pictures and music together and creates a nice mash, in minutes. It’s free to use and you can embed the video on your website, blog, myspace, facebook page, and basically anywhere one can put an html tag.

So, I just made an Animoto video for the upcoming Canada Marketing Summit, in the post below, and I also just made a new video for the landing page on my www.WhoisJeffMills.com page as well.

One thing is… I cannot get this rad song outa my head that I put in the mix. It’s kind of a U2 Meets the Cult meets the Grapes of Wrath (Canadian Rock Band from the 90′s) song, that just makes me FEEL GOOD listening to it. It’s by a band called Pure Dream Ladder and the song is “One More Day.”

Animoto has a sizable music license so you can play all these really cool songs in your video, with no permission needed and no music purchases needed, so that’s a nice savings feature and it gets the bands names out there too, cause they get a song credit automatically embedded into the video at the end. The music license does not really include many main stream signed bands, but that’s ok, there is enough emotional driven music in their catalog where you can find a song to fit any theme or range you want to push through your picture/video composition.

It’s amazing how you can take a cold and clean website, and add images and a song to it and how much life it instantly creates.

How are you doing in this area? Are your websites cold? Boring? Lifeless?

When I had my Midwest Super Conference, Bob Dale from Dalestudios in Eden Prairie, MN shot some fun shots of me and Izzy, my daughter just “kooking out”. We posed, kissed, smiled, did Karate Ninja poses and just had a fun time, letting it all hang out and cutting loose.

Other pictures were from Eric Farewell, from Blue Shoe Photography, out of Laguna Beach, CA.

You’ll see some of these new photos crop up over my sites in the weeks and months, as it makes me more human, than the suited fuddy duddy I was wearing before.

People told me I looked too professional and old wearing the suit… YIKES!

So, I went striped down, fun, casual and will be modifying my sites over time with the new pictures.

So, I want to know what you think of the new Who Is Jeff Mills page design. Here is a picture of the site, you gotta go there and experience the video. No optin required to just watch and listen, then come back here and post your comments.

We just finished 3 great days of solid internet marketing training and teaching here in the Twin Cities.

My event, the Midwest Super Conference was a big hit for all the attendees in many ways and I wanted to share some reflections from the feedback and speak some future happenings into existence.

First of all… All our speakers were excellent and over delivered, plus… stayed and networked with our attendees. While a few had to bail out for other commitments, what we love is hooking people up so they can make those solid business joint ventures happen and the faculty this year gave great value back to all.

The hotel we used, was just ok. While it did service our needs ok, I think next time, I’ll opt for a little bit more formal and a touch of better service. Our biggest complaint was, we are an internet marketing conference, and the internet feed from the hotel was a shared feed… not a dedicated one, so it was hard to get a solid push up to do the live streaming we offered this year. We shared a T1 line with the entire hotel, offices, guest rooms, and banquet rooms!

But, regardless of the streaming hurdles, those that did get a chance to come on the live stream really did enjoy it, I got a ton of great feedback and emails from people who were stoked to get access for such a low price.

Speaking of the Live Stream Enhanced experience, we are letting people log in now until October 4, to view our streams as they were recorded. You’ll also see the low priced continuing education offers that our speakers made at the event, and you’ll even be able to tap into those special offers if you act before October 4, or you’ll pay full price getting them all later.

I remember Armand Morin talking about how it took him 3 seminars to get himself into the “right” profit zone he wanted, after doing two seminars. I guess I am following in my mentor’s footsteps as I have done the same thing. While Seminar 1 was not profitable, seminar 2 broke even barely and seminar 3 was a great boost.

It came by cutting expenses and not overspending on stuff that I thought I needed. For example, last year, I did lunches AND dinners. This year, I just did Dinners.

What I’ll change next year is I’ll just do 3 lunches and I’ll do an evening networking party the first night to get people hanging out and networking.

I’ll also do a live stream next year, but I usually won’t announce this officially until the last week of the conference. The reason is, I want people there live, as that is where the biggest benefits are for people. But I also know the people who could not make it really enjoyed the content and the chat room, just chillin with people there.

So, what gonna happen in 2009?

I am planning on doing another Midwest Super Conference in the Fall of 2009 and then in 2010, I want to do the big daddy of them all… The Internet Marketers United Charity Seminar, where it’s like a week long gala event/expo with a ton of people coming together for exposition, many internet marketing industries, fundraising golf tournament, and 4 days of speakers with about 16 speakers total. But that’s a hard one to put together as, I need a seminar event planner to handle this one, it’s gonna be a major deal to pull off and needs major support by all the IM marketers to come and just make it a big party.

The goal of internet marketers united is to bring the whole industry together for a charitable cause. I have a dream of building a $10 million dollar lakefront retreat center on a beautiful lake front in Minnesota for High School kids to come to a super entrepreneur’s camp for 2 weeks of their summer. We’d do 6 sessions total, in the summer, and bring in the top internet marketers from all over the world to teach educated and excelled high school kids to become wealthy young internet entrepreneurs. Imagine how valuable these kids will be to corporations or for the future of how the internet works and how people come together and use the internet in the future!

This will become the premier learning center for these kids to balance classroom learning and then take the knowledge and develop team building activites to implement the lessons learned and be making money before their two weeks are over. Then end the 2 week event with a Gala dinner where the kids show off their warez to their parnents and supporters on what they learned.

Cool idea eh? I need the Entire Internet Marketing community supporting this endeavor, as I want to make it a reality by 2012 and running by then.

After the summer sessions, we’d open the retreat facility up to corporations, churches and Scrapbookers to use for meetings and events throughout the year.

So, what’s next for me in the seminar marketing circuit?

I’ll be speaking at Alejandro Reye’s Illuminate Conference in San Francisco in a few weeks. Alejandro’s a social marketing rock star and is doing one of the first Christian internet marketing conferences around. Maybe you’ll come out to meet me and hear all the speakers there? It’s October 10-12. I hope you can make it.

I’m hosting the 3rd Outsource Workshop here in Minneapolis, November 7-9, and it is sure to be the best seminar yet. We’ll be bringing in some new speakers this year and I look forward to some great content, and hands on learning by the students. This event is purposefully meant to be a SMALL gathering of about 25 people total. The cost is $1997, but if you get my Outsource Secrets Revealed package, you get to come free!

Looking forward into the Spring of 2009…. I have partnered with Rob Toth, a great internet marketer from Vancouver, BC, and we’ll be doing a Canadian Internet Marketing Conference in Calgary, the last weekend in March. We hope to service our Canadian friends with their own internet marketing event, that caters not just to Canadians, but people all over the world. It’s gonna feel siminar to a Midwest Super Conference, but it will be much bigger and I am sure will sell out with in a few weeks of launch. Canadians are so hungry to have a conference in their own hood! And Rob and I are going to deliver that to them and fill that need.

So, that’s what’s coming up, stay tuned for more updates as they come!
