Right before Christmas I decided I needed more "Freedom" Freedom from EMAIL BONDAGE. I get 200-300 emails a day. About 20 are ones I actually should read and respond to. The others, are just autoresponders, spam, viruses and scams. I've been teaching about using virtual assistants as a way to bring about business leverage since 2007, you'd think I'd have this one "wired" by now, right? Well, like most, I am stubborn and proud. I thought, "Only I can answer my emails, this MUST BE MY THING I DO." What a fool I have been! Right before Christmas I decided I needed more “Freedom.”

I get 200-300 emails a day.

About 20 are ones I actually should read and respond to. And about 15 of those 20 I can have a trained assistant answer for me.

What a fool I have been!

I’ve even read the Four Hour Workweek where Tim Ferriss talks about reducing email time waste by only checking it 2 times per day. But I ignored it and made myself “busy” with a Non-Money Making tasks. (Focus on the money generating tasks!)

How to finish the year off strong

So, here we are the final week of the year. It's time to push through, get some stuff done you wanted to but never did. Couple tips to motivate you to finish well.... 1. It's not too late to write that book, you can do it in a few hours, just crank it out. 2. It's not too late to polish up that powerpoint either, just a few tweaks can get you an increase in sales. Get some Facebook ads and try to get 20-50 people to show up on your webinar, close 10% and that 2-5 sales per webinar! 3. Got some products you bought in 2011, which are still in shrink wrap? Take em off the shelf, put em in your DVD player and CONSUME! Then, take notes for what you can implement, then... do what you wrote down. Yes... DO Spending more time doing/making this next year, than consuming. Be a producer not a product user - you'll make more money this way. 4. Build that mobile app - just start it up and begin, everything starts with a beginning - one step at a time - you CAN build a mobile app!
