EPIC FAIL: 2 Webinars crashed – redo is now LIVE!

Last Week, I hosted a webinar with Howard Tiano - the Outsourcerer. I like Howard as he's been teaching people time freedom principles about Outsourcing for about as long as I have. Last week, we hosted this webinar showing you how to profit offline as a local biz internet consultant - and how to get all the work done for you by virtual assistants. We like showing people how to Leverage Life - well, I left for a last minute summer vacation (I am in San Diego right now with Izzy, my daughter), and when I left, I had a big problem... My camtasia recording crashed! So I called Howard - Hey dude - my webinar recording crashed, let's use your version Howard said - Hey dude, guess what - my webinar recording crashed too! So, I left, and I delegated to Howard to redo the webinar while I went and played in the sand in Ocean Beach - (isn't this outsourcing stuff great!?). How to Get Quality Backlinks

Every website needs to know how to get quality backlinks to improve your search engine rankings.

A backlink can be defined as a link from a website, other than yours, which links to your URL or a page on your site.

Search engines count backlinks as VOTES. The more votes you get, the higher your page shows up in the search engine results pages (SERPS).

I was reading through Clickbank and I found there were a ton of sites there that help people learn how to get backlinks in all kinds of places, like:

2. social media sites
3. video sites
4. .edu sites
5. .gov sites
6. trackbacks

8. and more…

So, if you want your pages and sites to get better rankings, you need more backlinks.

You’ve probably heard how easy it is to start an affiliate business. And it is – sort of. There’s no doubt it’s easier than starting your own business. But “easier” doesn’t mean “easy”.

The bad news…

The worst part is that the information you’ve received is all wrong. The first thing you’re taught is to pick some great products. Next to pick your keywords carefully. Then to use keyword-based advertising to send visitors to the product. And just enjoy the commissions. But it doesn’t work.

Keywords are dead

There was a time when this worked. But it’s just too competitive to use keywords now. It’s time for a paradigm shift.
