   Jeff –

   I am one of Bonnie Hazlett’s students in the Underdog 6M program. She suggested I check out your blog since I had just asked her about mortgage elimination.

   A few days ago I received a direct mail letter from Michael Forbes at Information Brokerage Services. He is offering a program of free computer disks to homeowners describing his debt elimination program.

   He is selling this for $70, but guarantees you will be making $20,000 a month by your ninth month or he will send you double your money back. I am not good at all at giving friends and neighbors anything even if it is free, but being a 6M student it sounded as though it might have promise.

   The disk can be loaded onto a website and then downloaded by anyone who accesses the site for free. If they take him up on the program, you get two dollars a month for the life of the mortgage.

   I will watch your web link, but Bonnie thought you would have valuable advice as to whether it would make a good web venture or whether there were already too many people out there offering similar products.

   Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

   Rod, hmm, I did some diggin, could not find out anything about this company.

   from what I gather… people doing the mortgage elimination gig are just “info” brokers.

   People with the knowledge and tools can sell that knowledge for nominal prices, with out licensing or regulation. That is nice, as you don’t have to do any mortgage school, but by the looks of the Mortgage-Accelerator people, seems they encourage going through their school, which I look forward to attending, since it will be in Orange County in January, which is my home area.

   Some sell this stuff with (supposedly flawed software) for $3500. While others like us offer the package for $1295 with a nice biz opp referral commission for those who like to become affiliates.

   I guess I have no idea what this other program is.. so I wish I could offer you better feedback….
