   Jeff!

   I’m so happy you have decided to jointhe blogging world! I have been receiving your podcasting emails for quite some time now, however, I have to admit, I’m much more likely to ead a blog than an email anymore. Is that sad or what?! Maybe only sad because my world, like so many others, has becone a primarily digital one for accessing, stroring, and sharing knowledge.

   Anyhow - glad you made it! I look forward to reading and commenting often!

   Jeff, I dunno, I am doing my due dillegence to see how real it is myself. I know both of the people running the affiliate program and website, Peter Wolfing and Josh Bereano, and they are good people. Been in the home based business game for many years as we cross paths from different programs.

   Peter is an excellent lead generator too.

   So combining lead generation, a call center, and $750 commission on referrals… we’ll that’s a home run type of biz opp for me.

   Plus I would like to pay down my mortgages in 2-3 year, pull out equity, buy investment propertys, then pay those down 2-3 years, and keep doing it all over and over using the ideas of the HELOC to do it.

    Hey Jeff, Do you know of a web site where I can print off info on coastal level 1,2,&3. I knew of one but it has changed. Some people I need to show on paper the deals from coastal.
